Working Group on Artificial Intelligence in Teaching
The Working Group on Artificial Intelligence in Teaching aims to support the introduction and responsible use of Artificial Intelligence in teaching and learning activities across the University. Its main objectives include analysing experiences and practices already adopted both within and beyond the University of Pavia, as well as identifying the training needs of faculty members and students with regard to the use of AI technologies.
The Working Group will also evaluate AI-based tools and solutions to support teaching, with particular attention to the generation of supplementary learning materials, the development of virtual tutors, and other applications that can enhance the learning experience and improve the effectiveness of educational processes.
In addition, the Working Group contributes to the discussion and approval process of the University Guidelines on Artificial Intelligence, with particular reference to issues related to teaching and learning.
