Working Group on Artificial Intelligence in Research

The objectives of the Working Group on Artificial Intelligence in Research include mapping the AI tools already available across the University and identifying solutions to be made available to researchers, including the definition of appropriate acquisition and access mechanisms. The Group also explores initiatives aimed at facilitating access to advanced AI-based computing and research services, including through existing agreements and partnerships.

A further objective concerns the evaluation and enhancement of research-support infrastructures. The Group will also contribute to the development of training opportunities specifically tailored to researchers. Finally, it is involved in the definition and review of the University Guidelines on Artificial Intelligence, with particular reference to research-related aspects.
